There is no right time to seek therapy. It is worth exploring if you think therapy can help you.
You might think that your problem is trivial, but it may be worth talking about it if it is not going away. Or perhaps it seems like there isn’t really a problem you can name and yet there is something that feels off. Other times, a problem can seem so overwhelming that it feels daunting to take the first step. Feel assured that therapy should follow a pace that is comfortable for you.
At the same time, I don’t believe therapy is the best option for everyone. There are many effective ways to care for your mental health outside of talk therapy. If you’ve found what you were looking for just by reading something on my website—great!
1) Send me a message; either through the contact page, or email/phone number provided.
2) We would then schedule a 10-15 minutes call (complimentary) to better understand why you are seeking services. It will also be a chance for me to explain how the therapy process might look like for you.
3) If both you and I believe that my services are a good fit for your needs.
We would then set up an appointment cadence that works with your schedule and needs. I will guide you through the onboarding process with regard to documentation and payment.
Presently, I only provide therapy services online conducted over zoom.
Roughly speaking,
The first few appointments focus on gathering information about your situation; clarifying the problem, understanding your social supports, and exploring relevant histories.
From there, sessions typically narrow in on one or two key areas so we can engage in deeper examination and exploration. When helpful, specific interventions or skills-based approaches may be introduced in session, along with plans for how to apply them in daily life. This stage varies greatly from person to person and from issue to issue.
As progress emerges—whether through changes in behavior, shifts in perspective, or new awareness—we will look closely at how these developments show up and take shape in your life.
Individual Therapy appointments (53-60mins) are $220
Couple's Therapy appointment (53-60mins) are $250
Men's Group (53-60mins) are $60

I ask that all cancellations or rescheduling be communicated 24 hours in advance. If you do not cancel your appointment at least 24 hours ahead of time or do not show. you will be charged for the appointment.
It is recommended that new patients are scheduled on a weekly or bi-weekly basis to establish a momentum. Sessions can be tapered to 1x monthly towards the end, after you feel more comfortable about your situation.
The length of therapy depends on your needs and the reasons you’re seeking support. It may be longer if you’re navigating a particularly tumultuous period and need ongoing support, shorter perhaps if your goals are clear and well-defined, and sometimes more open-ended when your aims are less certain and still taking shape.
Should you feel therapy is not working or you would prefer to work with someone else, you reserve the right to discontinue therapy at any point.
